Hi I’m Julie Cade.
I am a Registered Nurse with over thirty years experience working in healthcare. Those years brought so much personal satisfaction helping patients at a most vulnerable time in their lives. However it also helped me see how little focus was placed on illness prevention, nutritional education and lifestyle modification to prevent onset or progression of disease. As a result I saw patients returning to the hospital time after time because they were ill equipped to manage their chronic disease.
Since then I have been committed to serving clients through a holistic, integrated approach to wellness, an approach that incorporates all aspects of health including nutrition and hydration, movement, stress management, sleep, social connections, and environmental health.
Making small, incremental changes in these areas can be transformational and regardless of where you are on your health journey, wellness is something that can be achieved by everyone. My commitment to you is that we can do this together.
