My experience with Julie was both eye opening and transformative and had a profound effect on my overall outlook on life.  With Julie I learned to face challenges head on by aiming to resolve things one step at a time as opposed to taking on all things at once.

I was dealing with chronic insomnia and gastrointestinal issues as well as the stress of being a caregiver.  I had frequent bouts of anxiety, and I was constantly exhausted.  I was having difficulty finding balance.  After coaching with Julie I’ve seen very positive results.  I believe that my quality of sleep has improved.  I am calmer and less prone to anxiety.  I have learned to employ deep breathing exercises to calm my anxiety as well as some basic techniques to improve my gastrointestinal health. I am learning to quell negative self-talk and to question the validity of self-defeating thoughts. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with Julie.  I enjoyed being able to pour my heart out and know that she was listening with empathy, and without worrying that I was being judged.  It was clear that Julie  truly cared about me and my issues.   I recommend Julie to anybody who is dealing with health issues, anxiety, stress or negative self-talk and who wants a fresh perspective and support on how to cope with life in general.

Before Julie started coaching me, I was having issues with self-confidence related to my work.  Julie provided me with tools and strategies such as journaling and breathing exercises to help shift my mindset.  Working with Julie was a very positive experience.  She made me feel comfortable talking about my struggles.  I really enjoyed her positive and constructive feedback and she made me feel that it was okay to experience these feelings about myself, but she also taught me how to deal with the negative thoughts and hold me accountable for change.  After every session I felt that I was chipping away at my bad habits little by little.  I realized I have the ability to achieve my goals by developing a more positive mindset and not listening to the negative self-talk.  I would recommend Julie to just about anyone who struggles with life issues.
